LolliPOPTM - The Locking Pediatric Osteotomy Plate system
The modular chisel-free system for PFO fixation
The LolliPOP (Locking Pediatric Osteotomy Plate) system is an innovative modular blade‑plate system for stable fixation of pediatric proximal femoral osteotomies and fractures.
Varus Plates used in the treatment of:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH)
Valgus Plates used in the treatment of:
- Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (LCP)
- Sequelae of SCFE
- Proximal femoral focal deficiency (PFFD)
- Congenital coxa vara

Intended use
The LolliPOP (Locking Pediatric Osteotomy Plate) system is indicated as a temporary device for stable fixation of proximal femoral osteotomies (PFO) in the pediatric (ages 2 to 21 years old) population. Intended uses include the following:
- Inter and subtrochanteric valgus osteotomies
- Inter and subtrochanteric varus osteotomies
- Inter and subtrochanteric derotation osteotomies
- Inter and subtrochanteric flexion and extension osteotomies
- Inter and subtrochanteric fractures
Advantages
- Varus and Valgus Plates range from 90° to 140° of NSA
- Chisel free technique reduces OR time and trauma
- Modularity provides surgical flexibility and reduced inventory
- Intuitive instrumentation allows precise control of correction
- Blade construct provides stability in rotation
- Plate design creates a biomechanically correct femoral offset
